2. Acceptance of Services
By requesting, booking, or using any KhetPilot service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate information regarding farm location, acreage, crop type, and operational requirements.
- Ensure legal access to the land where services are to be performed.
- Inform KhetPilot of any known hazards, obstacles, power lines, livestock, or restricted areas.
- Cooperate with KhetPilot personnel during service delivery.
KhetPilot shall not be responsible for delays or service limitations resulting from inaccurate information provided by customers.
4. Drone Operations
All drone operations shall be conducted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and safety requirements.
KhetPilot reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, modify, or cancel operations due to:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Airspace restrictions
- Safety concerns
- Regulatory requirements
- Technical limitations
- Force majeure events
5. Agricultural Spraying Services
KhetPilot shall perform spraying services based on information provided by the customer.
Customers remain responsible for:
- Selection and procurement of approved agrochemicals unless otherwise agreed.
- Compliance with local agricultural regulations.
- Following label instructions and manufacturer recommendations.
KhetPilot does not guarantee specific crop yields, pest control outcomes, or agricultural results, as such outcomes depend on numerous environmental and operational factors beyond our control.
6. Pricing and Payments
- Service charges shall be communicated before commencement of work.
- Payments shall be made according to the agreed quotation, invoice, or service agreement.
- KhetPilot reserves the right to suspend services for delayed or unpaid amounts.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Customers may request cancellation or rescheduling by notifying KhetPilot in advance.
- Any applicable cancellation charges, travel expenses, or operational costs already incurred may be deducted from any refund amount.
- KhetPilot reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, or operational constraints.
8. Data and Reports
Any maps, reports, imagery, analytics, recommendations, or insights provided by KhetPilot are intended for informational purposes only.
While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy, KhetPilot does not warrant that all data, maps, analytics, or reports will be completely error-free or suitable for every farming decision.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, software, reports, images, maps, videos, logos, trademarks, documents, and materials developed by KhetPilot remain the intellectual property of KhetPilot unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit such materials without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KhetPilot shall not be liable for:
- Crop losses
- Yield reductions
- Pest infestations
- Weather-related damage
- Consequential losses
- Indirect damages
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
KhetPilot's total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless KhetPilot, its employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- Incorrect information provided by the customer
- Violation of applicable laws
- Misuse of reports, recommendations, or services
- Activities occurring on the customer's property

Personal information collected by KhetPilot shall be used in accordance with applicable laws and the Company's Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your information for operational and business purposes.

KhetPilot shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failures resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including:

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
